**RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**YOUR IMPACT**

You will be a member of the Systematic Trading Strategies (STS) Sales Strats team in Bengaluru which is part of our global STS team in the Global Markets Division.

The STS business researches, develops, calculates, maintains and risk manages a large number of systematic trading strategies which are implemented in index format, across all liquid asset classes: fixed income, foreign exchange, equities, credit and commodities. Our institutional client base trades these indices in various delivery formats, including OTC swaps, notes and funds.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Product Development and Innovation: Work with the global team on the development of new Systematic Trading Strategies or variations of existing strategies, including the creation of backtests and other pieces of quantitative analysis.
- Structuring Solutions: Work with the global STS team on the creation of investment proposals for institutional investors who consider STS solutions to achieve their investment goals. Tasks include the preparation of marketing materials, the participation in client calls and working on follow-ups that have resulted from conversations with clients.
- Client analytics: Ongoing monitoring and analysis of strategies (performance commentary, attribution, scenario analysis). This also involves liaising with various professionals for their analysis as well as working on performance updates for clients.
- Being in charge of the internal strategy launch process: Launching and owning the formal approval process of new strategies, coordinating with all relevant approvers, collating and implementing their comments and updating the relevant index documentation accordingly.
- Global cooperation and coordination: Working closely with team members in London and various locations in Asia and presenting on team calls and customizing systematic products for institutional investors. Coordinating with colleagues across a number of different functions and asset classes to successfully execute various types of complex projects. You will be liaising with colleagues in Index Product Development, Solution Structuring, Technology, Trading Strats, Trading, Sales, Legal and Compliance.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Highly motivated professional with 2-5 years of work experience in Global Markets, preferably in a STS/QIS business or a comparable Structuring role
- Team player, learning from others as well as sharing knowledge, desire to keep improving communication effectiveness
- Eager to work closely with colleagues across a wide range of different functions
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, looking for new product and client opportunities
- High standards for work quality, high level of diligence, attention to detail and ability to multi-task to deliver quality work also under time pressure
- At least basic knowledge of financial markets through experience, preferably across different asset classes and various types of market traded instruments (futures, options, stocks, ETFs, swaps)
- Intermediary programming and coding skills will be advantageous
