FILING INFORMATION- Name- Executive AR- Department- Shared Services -Finance- Location- Navi Mumbai Seawoods- Position reports to- Assistant Manager - AR- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Key responsibilities- Timely invoicing of all the services rendered by the company in OTM & WMS
- Prepare Debtors ageing and timely collect money from Customers
- Timely process of Credit Notes to customers.
- Accounting of Invoice, receipt & TDS of customers in IFS
- Timely collection of TDS certificate from customers
- Interface from OTM to Fusion
- Compliances of GST, TDS & others Taxes with respect to Accounts Receivables
- Compliances of company’s credit policy and Authority matrix.
- Assist to prepare Monthly reports as required with respect to Accounts Receivable
- Assist to prepare monthly accrued revenue and customer rebate/discount provisions
- Assist to prepare monthly schedules related to accounts receivables accounts.
- Customers ledger balance confirmation and reconciliation
- Complete Month-End Closing activities timely
- Suggest New Revenue Initiative.
- Assist in Group Reporting Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit of AR Function
- To comply with all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems Any other responsibility/task; not limited to the above mentioned tasks, that may be assigned from time to time in view of the job requirements.**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Graduate in Commerce
- Awareness of GST, Income Tax & basic accounting concepts.
- 2-4 years experience of Accounting activities
- Awareness of statutory regulations relating to Receivables
- Remark- The management has the right to change the accountabilities, duties and responsibilities, and any other content therein, as deemed fit and in accordance with work requirements.
