**Job Description - Data Science Faculty**

**Position**: Data Science Faculty / Trainer

**Location**: Jindal Complex, Char Rasta, near Sapphire Public school, Alipura, Bodeli, Gujarat 391135

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on **Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and related fields**.
- Teach core concepts**:Python/R, Statistics, Probability, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Big Data basics**.
- Design and update curriculum, training materials, assignments, and case studies.
- Guide students through **hands-on coding, projects, and real-world datasets**.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry practices in Data Science.
- Support students with research, projects, and career guidance.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams for improved learning outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field**.
- Strong programming knowledge in **Python and/or R**.
- Expertise in **statistics, data wrangling, data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau)**.
- Hands-on experience with **Machine Learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)**.
- Proficiency in **SQL, databases, and data preprocessing techniques**.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of **Big Data (Hadoop, Spark), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)**.
- Exposure to **Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps**.
- Industry certifications in Data Science, AI, or Analytics.
