**Job Description - IT Trainer / Faculty**
**Position**: IT Trainer / Faculty
**Location**: Jindal Complex, Char Rasta, near Sapphire Public school, Alipura, Bodeli, Gujarat 391135
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on **IT fundamentals, programming, software, and emerging technologies**.
- Teach core areas such as:
- Computer Fundamentals & Operating Systems
- Networking Basics & Cybersecurity Awareness
- Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.)
- Database Management (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
- Cloud Computing & IT Tools (MS Office, Git, etc.)
- Prepare and update course curriculum, training materials, lab exercises, and assignments.
- Guide students through **hands-on labs, coding exercises, and projects**.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry requirements.
- Mentor students for certifications, internships, and placements.
- Collaborate with academic/placement teams to ensure successful learning outcomes.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, or related field**.
- Strong knowledge of **programming, databases, networking, and IT tools**.
- Hands-on experience in **software development or IT support**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:
- Knowledge of **Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)**.
- Exposure to **Data Science, AI/ML, or Cybersecurity basics**.
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.).
