**Job Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in surgical products. This role requires frequent travel to meet with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and surgical centers, building relationships and driving sales in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with surgeons, operating room personnel, and hospital procurement departments through regular visits and engagement.
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for surgical products within your territory.
- **Market Insights**: Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management, detailing progress, challenges, and market insights.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and product development teams to provide valuable feedback from the field and support product launches and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in medical devices or surgical products.
- Strong understanding of surgical environments and the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence the client.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territories of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
