Responsibilities:
Expand sales network through proactive cold-calling and strategic networking within the solar industry.

Strengthen existing partner and customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

Manage all aspects of the sales process, including contract negotiation and service delivery.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics for improvement.

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and issue resolution from start to finish.

Supervise sales support function and ensure efficient workflow.

Assist with budget management and promptly resolve complex customer concerns.

Plan and execute promotional events to boost sales volume and brand visibility.

Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Qualification:
Preferably industry experience in solar.

Qualifications: Any Graduation, MBA, PGDBM.

1-2 years of relevant sales experience.

Strong team player with high travel readiness.

Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and drive continuous learning.

Excellent communication, sales techniques, problem-solving, and vendor coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
