**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Follow-Up**:

- Proactively follow up with vendors for material delivery as per agreed timelines.
- Ensure smooth communication with vendors to resolve any issues related to supply or quality.
- **PO Creation (Tally)**:

- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) in Tally based on material requirements and approvals.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain proper records of all purchase transactions.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and track stock levels to ensure timely procurement and avoid shortages.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory database.
- **Invoice Verification**:

- Verify vendor invoices against POs and delivery receipts.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely payment processing.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates on material procurement status to the reporting head
- Prepare purchase reports and maintain records for audit purposes.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Good communication and Strong negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of **Tally** and purchase procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Location**: Egmore, Chennai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
