**Experience: 3 Years Minimum**

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to oversee the end-to-end sales order process and ensure seamless coordination between various departments. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be a key player in guaranteeing timely order processing, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. **Responsibilities**:
1. Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

2. Collaborate with the production and packaging departments to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

3. Communicate with customers via phone and WhatsApp to address inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience, Proactively solve client-specific needs and challenges to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements

5. Provide exceptional service and act as a point of contact for customer queries and concerns.

6. Coordinate with the production and packaging departments to ensure the timely dispatch of orders.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the database.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively over phone and messaging platforms.

4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
