**. Motor EW Claims Management**
- Implement Claims SOP within the service network/dealers and ensure adherence of the same in region
- Monitoring day to day claims activities and ensure claim settlement as per agreed TAT at region
- Guide, train and direct service network/dealers on claims process and modules.
- End to End claims processing, approving/repudiating claims considering policy terms and conditions
- Ensure up to date data entry in Claims Module by servicing dealer/Self and and document collections required for claims processing
- Conducting physical survey of a vehicle as and when required or as instructed by RA and prepare survey report based on document collections and facts findings during survey
- Interact with inter departmental team for dealer claim payments

**2. ACS Control and Loss Minimization**
- Monitor the ACS of the region and take corrective actions to reduce the same whenever required by controlling fraudulent claims, unethical dealer practices, negotiations with dealer on repair cost etc.
- Periodic dealer workshop audits in the region
- Implement Salvage Management SOP and drive salvage collection processes on monthly basis at region and maintain salvage collection reports as per instructions.
- Collect technical bulletins/literatures released by OEMs on best effort basis

**3. Customer grievance management**
- Ensure customer grievance to be addressed at top most priority and resolve the same within the set TAT laid down by department/organization
- Resolve complaints by interacting with stakeholders like dealer/OEM Service Manager/customer/Line Manager etc.

**4. Network Expansion and Management**
- Identify and support in onboarding dealer workshop and complete empanelment process as per departmental/organization instructions.
