Back Office Executive

**Back Office Insurance Work Role**
- Proposal Login
- Quotation preparation & Tracking
- Policy issue & handover (either physically or through mail)
- Claim settlement and assistance
- Claim form handover to client
- Claim intimation
- Claim file collection and submission, File securitising
- Claim tracking, smooth claim settlement
- Renewal excel sheet update and notice download
- Cheque and cash collection from clients
- Policy updating and entry in Asana & ZOHO
- Query handling, endorsement etc to be done
- Preparing insurance reports (New Policy done, Renewals report, Not renewed policies, Tracking Reports, quotations given report )
- Maintain Forms, Brochures, Sales Kit, canopies and maintain tracking of the same.
- Sending payment link to clients
- Arrange, check and scan documents and fill up offline forms and upload claim file documents on company’s website.
- Take back up and store all insurance related data.
- Back office work like Rent cheque deposit, electricity bill payment, attendance keeping, stationary purchases etc

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,399.00 per month
