**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality visual content for websites, social media, advertisements, marketing materials, presentations, and product packaging.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies.
- Create visually compelling logos, banners, graphics, and other design assets that reflect the brand’s message.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions.
- Prepare and format designs for print and digital formats, ensuring they are optimized for various platforms (print, web, mobile).
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technology to enhance design quality and productivity.
- Review final designs for errors before printing or publishing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and design best practices.
- Solid portfolio showcasing creative work across different design projects (web, print, etc.).
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) principles is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,436.64 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
