**Responsibilities**:
Manage the company’s social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to promote brand awareness and engage our target audience.

Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to track user engagement and performance.

Analyze analytics to evaluate the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Understand the overall concept of the company, including brand identity, customer personas, product goals, and service aspects.

Engage with customers or clients, providing exceptional service and support, and potentially contributing to sales efforts.

Provide recommendations to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.

Learn and become proficient in internal software systems utilized for social media management and reporting.

Generate engaging content for blogs, infographics, and videos to share across social channels.

Manage scheduling on content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

Track user engagement and performance on various social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics.

Reply to customer feedback and messages promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and Specialist for daily operations and campaign execution.

Participate in networking events to build brand awareness and establish industry connections.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Familiarity with managing different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Highly creative and motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Proactive attitude with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
