A telecaller executive, also known as a customer service representative, has many responsibilities, including:
- Making calls: Telecallers make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, or to follow up.
- Communicating: Telecallers need to be able to communicate well with customers, both verbally and in writing. They should be able to start and maintain meaningful conversations with strangers.
- Understanding the product: Telecallers should have a thorough understanding of the product they are selling so they can convince customers better.
- Identifying customer needs: Telecallers should assess the needs and requirements of customers.
- Handling complaints: Telecallers should be able to deal with customer complaints and concerns. They may not be able to resolve the issues themselves, but they can escalate them to the responsible department.
- Keeping records: Telecallers should keep records of sales phone calls and note useful information. They should also submit daily progress reports.
- Meeting sales targets: Telecallers should meet and exceed sales targets.
- Staying updated: Telecallers should stay updated with market trends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
