As a Marketing Executive at Unique Academy, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment and achieve our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
