**Salary**: Stipend amount + Commission based on project

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Support the team in developing promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, or promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, lead generation, and other metrics.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage tasks independently.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

**Eligibility**:

- **Education Qualification**: BBA, MBA, or any bachelor’s degree related to marketing.
- **Experience**: 0 to 1 year of experience in marketing.
