We are a 40-year-old groundnut oil manufacturing company, expanding our operations to Ahmedabad. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive and Telesales Representative to serve as the key link between our customers and distributors. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming orders from customers, ensuring smooth communication between customers and distributors, and tracking updates to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders and ensure all details are accurately captured.
Create and maintain an up-to-date list of customer orders, including any specific requirements.
Provide the order list to the relevant distributor and ensure they receive and understand the order details.
Regularly follow up with both customers and distributors to track order statuses and updates.
Address any concerns or questions from customers related to their orders or delivery status.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
Maintain clear and professional communication between the company, customers, and distributors.
Report daily order status updates to the Sales Manager and highlight any issues that need resolution.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or order management roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone.
Ability to manage and organize multiple customer orders and distributor updates simultaneously.
Familiarity with order management systems and CRM software is an advantage.
Problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
A positive, customer-focused attitude and a strong ability to follow up.
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in sales or distribution is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
