**Duties and Responsibilities**

A sales manager typically functions of the sales and to manage organizational sales at various levels. To create strategic plans to extend the sales reach of the organization and execute the plans to grow the customer base. Setting up sales target and ensuring that the target is met or exceeded is the responsibility of a sales manager. They monitor the output of production with the production team. Figuring out the gaps between teams and providing them with the necessary inputs to meet those gaps is also the duty of a sales manager. If required to do the cold calling and maintain the sales report and if required will have to travel to visit clients, based at Gujarat and other states also. Other responsibilities of a sales manager may include:

- Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones
- Implementing the company’s sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
- Collaborating with other teams, such as production, to collect and nurture leads

**Experience**:

- First priority is polymer industry
- Sales of Eva film with 2 to 3 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
