**Quality Master Data Steward**

Phillips-Medisize is seeking a Quality Master Data Steward to support SAP

functionality for the Quality areas. We are seeking an experienced individual who will provide governance as part of a divisional team and act as the point of contact for Information Technology, Global Trade, Vendor, Customer, and Engineering teams for quality data. The role is based out of Banglore, India.

**Main responsibilities**
- Provide guidance by working closely with business functional areas to understand business processes, review current systems, and define data requirements
- Evaluate current system capabilities and identify system modifications or changes that need to be made to current business processes
- Work as a team member to implement system changes
- Provide data resources to facilities
- Manage document management and associated master data linkages, rules, definitions
- Connect sites to SAP solutions for value-realization initiatives
- Provide ongoing support, including training, auditing of data, troubleshooting system problems, answering questions regarding system usage, and developing system enhancements
- Assist in divisional-wide communication of training changes and change management
- Help to create and maintain system-related documentation
- Understand, support, and contribute to current Medical Pharma Solutions compliance and Quality Management System requirements within SAP solution to minimize compliance risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams on special projects

**Education**
- Bachelors/Diploma in Engineering/Science

**Skills and Experiences**
- 1-2 years’ experience working in SAP
- Experience in change management.
- Exposure/Experience in Medical device Industry.

**Personal skills**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Global/multicultre environment.
- Committed to deadlines and quality.
- Open, honest and accountable Proficient in English, written and verbal on technical leve
