**Job Summary**

As a Jr. Online Analyst - CM you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to support our ISV and Hi-Tech domains. Your primary focus will be on utilizing MS Excel to generate insights that drive business decisions. **Responsibilities**
- Analyze data sets using MS Excel to identify trends and patterns that support business objectives.
- Generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and databases.
- Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss data findings and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of data-driven decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and tools.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and the Hi-Tech industry.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Have effective communication skills to present data findings clearly.
