We are seeking **experienced Senior Admissions Counselors** who are customer-centric, proactive, and excited by the fast-paced environment of an emerging business. This role requires managing new leads, understanding customer needs, and driving sales conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and convert leads for diverse programs in Electric Vehicle Training, Engineering Design, E-Mobility, and other future-focused technical fields.
- Identify and generate leads through referrals from existing customers.
- Maintain real-time updates on lead status and interactions using CRM software.
- Adhere to inside sales processes, tools, and data management protocols.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Handle objections and price negotiations effectively to close sales.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Approachable, vibrant personality with strong empathy and patience.
- Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
