**What will you do ?**:

- ** Meeting Room Systems Management**:Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of audio-video conferencing solutions in meeting rooms. Conduct regular assessments to ensure meeting room systems meet the organization's evolving needs. Troubleshoot and promptly resolve any technical issues related to meeting room audio-video setups
- ** Integration with Microsoft Suites and Google Workspaces**:Collaborate with the Enterprise IT team to integrate audio-video solutions seamlessly with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspaces. Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across various platforms and devices
- ** Cloud Infrastructure Solutions**:Possess a comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure solutions to leverage cloud-based technologies for audio-video conferencing. Explore and implement innovative cloud-based solutions to enhance meeting room capabilities
- ** Collaboration and Training**:Work closely with end-users to understand their collaboration needs and provide necessary support. Develop and conduct training programs to empower employees with the skills required to utilize meeting room systems effectively
- ** Vendor Management**:Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement the latest audio-video conferencing technologies. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely support and updates for meeting room systems
- ** Security and Compliance**:Implement and enforce security measures to protect audio-video conferencing systems and data. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- ** Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:Proven experience in managing audio-video conferencing solutions, demonstrating a specialized focus on meeting room systems.
- ** Technical Knowledge**:In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspaces, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to efficiently address technical challenges.
- ** Communication and Collaboration**:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective coordination and support.
- ** Adaptability**:Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay abreast of industry trends.
- ** Certifications**:Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams, Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer) is preferred
- ** Enterprise Experience**:Experience with the integration of audio-video solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment is preferred
- ** Emerging Technologies**:Familiarity with emerging technologies in the audio-video conferencing space, showcasing an awareness of industry advancements is preferred
