We are in search of a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Social Media Designer to augment our dynamic team. The incumbent will be tasked with crafting compelling graphics tailored for various social media platforms. This role is pivotal in sculpting brand identity, bolstering engagement, and nurturing community growth across our accounts and those of our clients, as required.

**Ø Responsibilities**:
I. Social Media Graphics: Develop captivating graphics for social media leveraging tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, tailored to diverse platforms.

II. Content Curation: Curate industry-relevant content to inspire creativity.

Brand Identity: Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of brand identity across digital channels.

III. Social Media Strategy: Assist in formulating social media strategies in collaboration with the Social Media Executive.

IV. Calendaring: Manage social media content calendar and optimize posting schedules for maximum impact.

V. Photography & Video Editing: Capture and edit visuals, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

VI. Photoshoot Assistance: Provide support in executing photoshoots to generate compelling content.

VII. Community Engagement: Foster interaction within online communities and drive brand following across platforms.

VIII. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to deliver integrated, high-quality content.

IX. Copywriting: Craft original captions and write-ups to complement visual content.

X. Performance Analytics: Analyze performance metrics to refine posting strategies and frequency.

**Ø Qualifications**:
I. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Designer, or similar role.

II. Preferably a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

III. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

IV. Proficiency in social media management tools.

V. Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.

VI. Basic knowledge of photography and video editing software.

VII. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and embrace creative feedback.

VIII. A creative mindset coupled with the ability to innovate.

IX. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: ₹9,988.69 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (preferred)
- Figma: 2 years (preferred)
- 3D animation: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
