Maintenance, Technician

**Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including VRV systems, in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring prompt and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal operation and identifying potential areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, particularly regarding VRV systems.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in HVAC preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 2 years of experience specifically with VRV systems.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including VRV technology, electrical systems, and refrigerant handling.

**Minimum Qualification**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in HVAC preferred.

**Minimum Job Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 2 years of experience specifically with VRV systems.
