**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Analyst. The SEO Analyst will conduct keyword research, link building, on-page SEO, and web analytics. They will also work closely with the marketing team to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.

**SEO Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement.

**Keyword Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
- Analyze competitor keywords and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

**On-Page and Off-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements.
- Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link-building campaigns.

**Technical SEO**:

- Ensure websites are technically optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with web development and IT teams to implement SEO best practices.

**Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure content aligns with targeted keywords and resonates with the target audience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and SEO efforts.
- Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics and performance against goals.

**Stay Informed**:

- Keep abreast of industry updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
- Attend conferences, webinars, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest SEO developments.

**Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO with a track record of successful strategy development and implementation.
- Previous experience managing and leading a team of SEO professionals.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing algorithms and industry trends.

Job Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
