**Title: Visual Identity Support ? Full Time**

Brand Institute, Inc. is looking for a talented junior graphic designer who is creative, highly organized in their thinking and a team player. MUST have good design and conceptualizing skills with the ability to manage and produce projects from brief to execution. Some design-tasks include: logo development, newsletters, brochures, stationery, banners, posters, product branding, packaging... Website Development is a plus.

The company's work includes a lot of detail and structure - your work should be with good attention to detail and you should have a good command of the English language.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and create LOGOS, marketing collateral, flyers, & brochures to support multiple product lines
- Design innovative, fresh graphics to align with corporate re-branding, new product launch and product re-launch initiatives
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects across multiple brands
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Education: BA in Graphic design, digital media design or similar.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work well in a team environment or independently
- Good time management and efficiency of completing assigned tasks
- Able to work under tight deadlines with the capacity to take direction and implement the most effective creative solutions
- Understanding of brand appropriate design styles and ability to evolve design standards as needed.
- Strong understanding of branding and brand identity guidelines
- **Must have good presentation skills and be open to presenting to clients if needed.**:

- Must be able to work remotely (at home location)
- Exceptional ENGLISH SKILLS are REQUIRED, both speaking and writing
- Must be able to have Wi-Fi/internet in your home (to use Polycom and computer)
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office is a plus)
- Can work Eastern Standard Time Zone to help out the Miami Office
- Comfortable with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript
- WordPress
- Familiar with social media platforms (coordinator)
