As a senior creative leader, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the visual identity of our organization. This role involves leading a team of skilled designers to create high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct a team of graphic designers to ensure timely delivery of creative projects
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop compelling brand narratives and visual identities
  • Develop and maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, including mockups and designs
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in a creative leadership role
  • Expertise in graphic design, branding, storytelling, and content creation
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Knowledge of 3D/ rendering software such as Keyshot
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
