**Job Location**:

- Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

**Shift Timings**:
**- 6pm to 3am (Shift will change as per the business requirement)**

**- Monday to Friday**

**- Work from office**

**Responsibilities**:
**-**Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including import/export coordination.
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, 3PL agencies, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with international and U.S. domestic shipping regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Atleast 2 years of relevant industry experience

**Skills Required**:

- Familiarity with international and U.S. domestic shipping regulations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export operations and freight management.
- Proficiency in managing import/export documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
