We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
**Responsibilities**
**1. Supply Chain Management**:
- Coordinate the procurement and distribution of materials, equipment, and resources required for CSR projects.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to optimize procurement processes and negotiate favorable terms.
**2. Transportation and Distribution**:
- Arrange transportation and logistics for the delivery of goods and materials to project sites, partner organizations, and beneficiaries.
- Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents to manage imports, exports, and cross-border logistics.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery while minimizing costs and delays.
**3. Inventory Management**:
- Oversee the management of warehouses and storage facilities, including inventory organization, stock control, and safety protocols.
- Implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to streamline operations and maximize space utilization.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
**4. Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities using appropriate software systems and tools.
- Prepare reports and analysis on logistics performance, including key metrics such as delivery times, costs, and inventory turnover.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness.
**5. Coordination and Communication**:
- Liaise with internal teams, project managers, and external stakeholders to coordinate logistics requirements and address any issues or concerns.
- Communicate proactively with all parties involved to ensure alignment and timely resolution of logístical challenges.
**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the nonprofit sector or with CSR initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in logistics and supply chain management.
- Extensive Traveling as per project needs
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
