**Student Counsellor Job Description**

**To be successful as a Student Counsellor, you should**:

- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in student counseling.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be empathetic and understanding, fostering a supportive environment for students.
- Possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Have a genuine interest in the well-being and success of students.

**Student Counsellor Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to address academic and personal concerns.
- Provide guidance on educational and career goals, assisting students in making informed decisions.
- Assist students in developing effective study skills and time management techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs and concerns.
- Organize and conduct workshops on topics related to academic success and personal development.
- Monitor and assess the progress of students, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Stay informed about educational and career trends to provide relevant and up-to-date advice to students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

**Student Counsellor Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in student counseling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and understanding in addressing student concerns.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary Range**:

- Monthly salary between 25,000 to 50,000 INR, based on experience and qualifications.

**Location**:

- Jaipur
