**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Call and follow up** with leads from **schools, academies, and institutions** about our workshops and events.
- **Engage with parents** who enquire through **ads or social media** and guide them to the best programs.
- **Maintain and update records** of calls, feedback, and outcomes in the **CRM system**.
- **Coordinate with internal teams** to ensure smooth updates and support for events.
- **Follow scripts** when needed and **adapt conversations** naturally to meet client needs.
- **Share feedback and insights** from clients with the team for improvements.

**Skills Required**:

- **Excellent verbal communication** in **English, Hindi**, and preferably **local languages**.
- **Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service** is a plus.
- **Basic computer knowledge** and use of **CRM tools**
