**Duties and responsibilities**
- Oversee the quality function under the guidance of the QC head
- Customer complaint handling in the most efficient way
- Providing guidance to the team on preparing all types of QC related reports (diversion report - Yield Report - Production vs. Utilization report - Customer complaint report preparation along with Graphs)

**Qualifications & profile**
- 8 - 10 years of only relevant experience
- Must have experience in steel service center industry which process Cold Rolled Steel products - especially in GP, GPSP, CRCA, PPGI (Color coated) products
- Knowledge of ISO documentation
- Must have handled customer-supplier for quality related issue
- ISO audits - Successfully handled a team of min. 20 people - Excellent Leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office - PowerPoint - Excel - Word / B. Tech/ M. Tech in mechanical engineering / Excellent business communication skills - Strong character / pressure handling ability

**Salary**: ₹35,185.78 - ₹90,726.85 per month
