**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in PEB/Steel Building projects
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to PEB erection.
- Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Monitor workforce (fitters, welders, helpers, subcontractors) and assign tasks effectively.
- Maintain strict adherence to **safety guidelines** and ensure all workers follow safety practices.
- Check materials received at site and ensure proper handling, storage, and usage.
- Coordinate with the Plant manager, project manager, engineers, and contractors to resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to management.
- Assist in quality checks for alignment, bolting, welding, and painting of PEB structures.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per project schedule.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum **1 year of site experience** in Pre-Engineered Buildings / Steel Structures.
- Basic knowledge of erection sequence, tools, and safety standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams.
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work on-site under challenging conditions.
