Designation - **Operation Executive**

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Plan and coordinate training sessions, ensuring smooth communication with students, parents, and coaches.
- Assign trainers to sessions, ensuring they are prepared with necessary materials and course details.
- Monitor session progress, maintain syllabus quality, and track student performance.
- Assist with preparing training materials and maintaining accurate training records.
- Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth training operations.

**Qualifications**
- 0-2 year of experience in MS Excel
- Laptop
- 6 Days working in a week (Sunday fixed Week off)
