Collaborate with Senior Recruiters and Business Development Managers to understand client staffing needs and position requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions, managing job postings, and coordinating interviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide valuable input to the recruitment strategy.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share innovative ideas to enhance recruitment efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a staffing environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to fast-changing priorities and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
