Growth Marketer Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

1. - Ownership of Inbound Channel, Events and Partnership Conversions, Primary Client Conver[1]sations

2. -Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.

4. - Collaborate with team to create a demand generation strategy that can drive MQLs

5. - Conducting on-site and off-site analysis to optimise the website for SEO and conversions.

6. - Collaborate with brand marketer to create high-quality SEO content and a backlink strategy

7. - Define measurements of success (KPIs) for campaigns, develop the framework, and analyse data to understand the impact of new channels

8. - Improve the Lead funnel

9. -Create reports and share relevant insights regularly with internal teams Requirements

10. -1-2 years (or plus) of experience in digital/growth marketing and SEO

11. - Minimum requirement - graduate in BMS/BMM/MBA or equivalent experience

12. - Good knowledge of all the different digital marketing channels and SEO management,

13. - Expertise in online tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs

14. - Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics

15. - Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure. Other knowledge/skills Requisite Skills:
16. - Excellent knowledge of SEO

17. - Digital marketing - Excellent Communication Skills

18. - Good Analytical and data-driven skills Technical

19. - Knowledge of WordPress and other content management systems

20. - Advance MS Office skills

21. - Google Analytics - Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
