As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage and assist both in-Showroom walking customers and digital customers, ensuring a positive buying experience while promoting and selling our products and services. You will play a crucial role in converting prospects into potential buyers by effectively communicating the value of our offerings. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist walking customers in the showroom.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential buyers.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about the range of offerings.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- **Adaptability**:

- Stay adaptable to changes in product offerings, sales strategies, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital communication channels.
- Sales-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Knowledge of the products and services offered.
