**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Female Telecaller** who can handle inbound and outbound calls, assist students with MBBS admission inquiries, and multitask in other administrative or marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide information about MBBS admission procedures, universities, and eligibility criteria.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries and update records regularly.
- Coordinate with the admission team and provide necessary support.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Ability to handle calls with professionalism and patience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
