**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- SUPPORT THE SALES TEAM: Assist sales representatives in organizing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and process sales-related documents such as quotes, proposals, purchase orders, and contracts.
- CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION: Act as a point of contact for customers by handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving issues promptly.
- ORDER PROCESSING: Manage and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- CRM MANAGEMENT: Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate customer information.
- REPORTING: Generate and maintain sales reports for management, highlighting key metrics and progress.

**FOLLOW-UP**:

- Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers to drive business.
- Cross-Department Coordination:

- Collaborate with various internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Sales Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to support the sales strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

**PREFERRED**: Experience in the Banking, Finance Services, Insurance. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
