**Job Overview**:
As a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing exceptional customer support in Hindi, English, and Tamil. Your role will involve handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Onboard new clients by providing clear guidance and support through the process.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with queries, issues, and updates.
- Provide excellent customer support by resolving product
- or service-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and update systems as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve service delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing all queries with patience and empathy.
- Follow up on pending client requests and ensure a seamless experience.

**Skills & Requirement**:

- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is a must.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice process or customer support role.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, English and Tamil (preferred)

Work Location: In person
