**About Us**:
ITEES Eye Hospital is a leading eye care institution in Malappuram, committed to providing comprehensive ophthalmic care to the community. We are expanding our digital presence to further our outreach and engagement with patients. We are looking for a dynamic and creative **Digital Marketer** to join our team and lead the hospital’s digital marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
- Create engaging and informative content to enhance brand awareness and attract potential patients.
- Optimize content and manage SEO and SEM for the hospital’s website to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Plan and execute social media strategies across channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, preparing reports on ROI and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the internal team to promote services, events, and campaigns for patient engagement.
- Manage and grow the hospital’s online reputation through review management and community engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
