**Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and tools.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain stock records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.

**Store Operations**
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in compliance with procedures.
- Ensure proper labelling, categorization, and binning of stock items.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) as per policy.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance departments for material requirements.
- Track pending material requests and follow up on procurement status.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in material handling and storage.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit and documentation standards.

**Reporting**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Support audit activities by providing required data and documentation.
