**Tele Marketing Executive**

**Job Type**: Work from Office

Qualification / Experience: Pursuing Graduation Final Year/Graduates/MBA

**CTC/Salary**:
**Freshers**:
First three Months they will be paid CTC - 16000 per month & post 3 months their salary will be revised & they will be paid 20000 from 4th month and in the 4th month Retention bonus will be credited of 12000 &
Experience : Upto 25,000 per Month + Incentives + Insurance Coverage (Personal accidental insurance +Medical Insurance) +Gratuity*.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of JD in the minds of new prospective clients.(SMEs)
- Contact customers by phone to explain advantages and features of service being sold or persuade them to purchase the services by stimulating the customer interest
- Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered
- Explain and Advice customers on prices, services, variables and options to assist customer in making decision
- Coordinating and scheduling of appointments to sales representatives and clients till the deal is closed
- Maintaining and Working on Follow Ups data
- Giving Feedback to Team Lead on prospects or Follow up clients and meeting the targets assigned on timely basis.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communications skills (Written and verbal) ,ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of methods involved in promoting, and selling products or services.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently, ability to successfully adapt to changes in their environment
- Computer knowledge/ Skills ,Ability to use a desktop computer system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Telugu (preferred)
