**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a skilled Finance and Accounts Specialist with 2 years of experience to join our team. As a vital member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting in maintaining accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Transactions**:Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and expenses.
Verify and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy.

**Accounts Reconciliation**:Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accounts are balanced and discrepancies are addressed promptly.

**Expense Tracking**:Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Prepare expense reports and summaries for management review.

**Financial Reporting**:Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Compile financial data and generate reports for internal analysis.

**Data Management**:Maintain organized electronic and physical records of financial transactions.
Update and manage financial databases and spreadsheets.

**Audit Support**:Assist in providing necessary documentation and data for internal and external audits.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with company financial policies and relevant regulations.

**Software Proficiency**:Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently to manage financial tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1.5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
