**Your role**
- Are you interested in supporting our group transformation aligned to the UBS purpose and strategy? Do you have the know-how for analyzing the financial progress of our group transformation activities?
- We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to:
- support the Group Transformation Office (GTO), business divisions and group functions with financial analysis, assessment and tracking of strategic initiatives.
- coordinate planning and forecasting of strategic initiatives, ensuring the GTO project portfolio is accurately reflected in financial forecasts and strategic plans of the group, business divisions and group functions.
- help us deliver innovative reporting solutions for the portfolio leveraging Power BI and drive efficiencies across reporting processes
- manage communication and coordination of the GTO portfolio financial processes with senior stakeholders.
- perform on-going and ad-hoc analysis of the GTO portfolio of initiatives.

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Group Transformation Office (GTO) and Group Finance teams, cooperating closely with stakeholders across the business divisions and group functions.
- The Group Transformation Office is responsible for overseeing our portfolio of initiatives aligned to our strategic imperatives.

**Your expertise**
- Strong academics with degree in MBA, CA or an equivalent in Finance or similar field
- Proficient in managing and analysing financial data and converting that into management insights
- Problem solving skills and ability to assess and challenge explanations
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key enabling support functions
- Strong organization skills and experience in managing financial aspects of projects or processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and data handling
- Experience in Alteryx and / or Power BI would be beneficial
