**Key Responsibilities**:

- Office Responsibilities:_
- Manage bookings and reservations.
- Understand and cater to customer requirements.
- Promote and sell tour packages.
- Coordinate with clients for tour details.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
- On-Tour Responsibilities:_
- Ensure smooth tour operations.
- Assist and guide tour participants.
- Resolve any issues or emergencies during the tour.
- Coordinate with local vendors and service providers.
- Provide excellent customer service and enhance the tour experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
