Relationship Executive/admission Counsellor

**Primary Purpose**: Responsible for increasing student enrollments and retention of students in the school. The position provides guidance to prospective parents on appropriate curriculum selection for their ward.
**Key Account-abilities/Activities**:
- Support the Relationship Executive Cell in admission conversions and achieving enrollment targets.
- Orient and guide new parents on the curriculum framework offered by the school.
- Provide details of the board structure and the integrated curriculum offered by the school.
- Assist the RE Cell in identification of children with special needs and offer advise to their parents on the additional support provided by the school.
- Provides campus tours for prospective parents and provide guidance on the variety of teaching initiatives taken by the school.
- Advice parents individually and/or with groups regarding academic eligibility requirements, appropriate board selection, academic policies and delivery procedures,
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge about the Schools programs and requirements.
- Assist parents in admission registration, evaluate student admissibility and provide guidance on the admission process.
- Addressing to existing parents queries and assisting in timely closure of the issue raised by them.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching in Schools.
- Prior experience in admission counselling for Schools will be an added advantage.
**Qualification**:
- Graduate in any stream with professional degree in teaching (B.Ed/M.Ed/ECCED)
**Expected Competencies**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in group presentations is critical
- Critical Thinking
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, abilities, outlooks, age groups and nationalities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
