- Cold calling | Lead generation | Initial engagement

Should be able to speak clearly, concisely, and professionally on the phone.

Be a good listener to understand the needs and interests of potential students.

To effectively present the admission programs and answer questions in a way that generates interest.

**JD**:

- Call all leads for admissions and answering inbound calls to give complete details about the

school and the admission process
- Explain the programs offered to interested parents through all prescribed forms of

communication.

that the parent attends the campus tour
- Attend ALL mandatory training sessions, reviews and meetings.
- Execute events/activities whenever needed so as to generate leads
- Maintain the admission target metrics by converting prospective leads to contacts

Conduct counselling, whenever necessary, in a manner which is appropriate to the parents needs
- Stay updated on the school policies and guidelines.
- Handle parents and their FAQs (prior to the lead being converted to a contact)
- Use the school CRM & ERP effectively and regulalrly to update data
- Assist counsellors in admissions and also maintaining smooth flow of the team culture

throughout

**General Duties**
- Perform administrative activities whenever needed
- Ensure that the MIS is up-to-date and submit the same to the Campus Head (and AD) as and

when required ensuring that relevant information is provided to the AD's team as and when

required
- Provide the required support during events and activities
- Ensure off-season tasks are achieved with fidelity

**Abilities**:

- Be able to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Show genuine interest in helping potential students find the right program.
- Work collaboratively with admissions staff to achieve enrolment goals.
