- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- **Client Retention**: Maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Financial Advice**: Offer financial advice and support to clients, helping them understand and manage their financial products.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, assess their needs, and provide on-site support.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all activities comply with MFI policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the microfinance sector is advantageous.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in diverse environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Integrity**: High ethical standards and professionalism in handling client relationships and confidential information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
