**About the Role**:
We are looking for highly motivated and a creative Graphic Designer for Freelance basis to join our growing team. The job role will require your creativity in designing and implementing it to be promoted on various marketing platforms.

**What a typical day at work would look like?**
- Design clear engaging graphic communications for print and web. This will include marketing/communication brochures, website and social media graphics, posters, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.
- Present design drafts and must be flexible in incorporating any feedback given into future designs.

**What do you bring with you?**
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in the liberal arts, design, or the equivalent work experience is recommended.
- Ability to take initiative, show good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Exceptional ability to manage details
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
