We are seeking a skilled and experienced Photographer/Videographer to join our team and cover political events. As the designated visual storyteller, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos that document and showcase the essence of various political events, including rallies, speeches, campaigns, and public appearances.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Attend political events as assigned and capture compelling, professional-grade photographs and videos that capture key moments and emotions.

2. Use your expertise in framing, composition, lighting, and timing to ensure visually appealing and impactful shots.

3. Collaborate closely with the event organizers, public relations teams, and stakeholders to understand the specific requirements and desired visual narrative.

4. Utilize your knowledge of different camera equipment, lenses, and accessories to produce top-notch visuals.

5. Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their quality, ensuring that they meet the desired standards and requirements.

6. Manage and organize a large volume of media files, ensuring proper cataloging and storage for easy retrieval and future use.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment advancements to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas.

8. Adhere to strict deadlines and deliver the final edited photos and videos within the required timeframe.

9. Maintain and care for all photography and videography equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in capturing political events or similar settings.

2. Proficiency in using professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and video editing software.

3. In-depth knowledge of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling techniques.

4. Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and capturing key moments effectively.

5. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing compelling visuals.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with event organizers, team members, and stakeholders.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to various locations as required for event coverage.

8. Familiarity with political events, issues, and protocol is a plus.
